WORK ORDERS
All non-emergency maintenance requests must be submitted in writing and signed prior to submission. Work orders are available outside of the office and may be submitted to the office dropbox. Please allow 3-5 business days for work order completion. Work orders are prioritized by urgency.
Cosmetic repairs are the responsibility of the Member, in order to keep our housing charges affordable.

After regular office hours and on statutory holidays, a member of our maintenance staff is on call and can be called for emergencies only. An emergency is:

- no electricity
- no water
- flood
- no access
