Checklist for Applicants
- A current letter of reference from your employer indicating your start date, the exact location of your employment, a contact name and telephone number for your employer and your current salary
- A copy of photo identification such as a valid driver’s licence, passport, health card or transit pass
- A $20.00 non-refundable application fee per adult (16 years of age and older). The application fee is used to pay for a credit check.
- All supporting documentation required(ie Proof of Income)
Ashworth Square fills ALL vacancies from an approved waiting list. You are applying to be put on this list. Please note that the current waiting time is estimated between 3-7 years. The waiting period may be longer or shorter depending on the length of the waiting list and how often vacancies come up.
Note: To apply for a unit you must have a minimum of one (1) person per bedroom up to a maximum of two (2) persons per bedroom. Example: a three bedroom unit requires a minimum of three persons to a maximum of six.
